With a diameter of 106 cm and a height of 2.4 cm, this round inset element fits seamlessly into the luminaire and provides a noticeable improvement in room acoustics. It is a combined acoustic panel that specifically optimizes the sound in the room, creating a more pleasant listening environment.

Effective Noise Absorption for Better Speech Intelligibility

The SILENTIUM acoustic element absorbs disturbing noises and reduces reverberation in the room. With a sound absorption coefficient (aw) of 0.70 and an NRC value of 0.85, it is particularly effective in improving acoustic intelligibility during conversations and presentations. These properties significantly contribute to increasing concentration and performance as well as promoting overall well-being.

Sustainable and High-Quality Materials

The acoustic element is made from PET plastic, with approximately 80% of the material consisting of recycled PET. This sustainable production conserves resources and reduces environmental impact. The textured surface of the element not only gives it a modern design but also supports its acoustic properties. Additionally, the product meets fire protection class B - s1, d0 according to BS EN 13501.1, ensuring high safety standards.

The SILENTIUM acoustic element is available in various colors, allowing it to harmoniously adapt to different room designs. The colorfastness test according to ISO 105 B02 with a rating of 6-7 guarantees long-lasting color brilliance without fading. The product is compatible with the corresponding BIRO40 LED pendant ring lights and can be easily added as an accessory.

Although the luminaire itself is not included in the delivery, the acoustic element offers an easy way to effectively improve room acoustics. Additional acoustic elements from Brumberg are also available, enabling individual and needs-based combinations to create optimal acoustic conditions. With a weight of 2.23 kg, the element is also easy to handle and install.
