With its round shape and textured surface, the panel integrates harmoniously into the design of the light fixture.

Technical Details Made Simple

The acoustic element has a diameter of 65.4 cm and a height of 2.4 cm, weighing only 0.8 kg. It is made of high-quality PET plastic, approximately 80% of which is produced from recycled material. Sound insulation is described by a sound absorption coefficient (aw) of 0.70 and an NRC value of 0.85, meaning the element absorbs sound very well and thus improves room acoustics. Additionally, the product complies with fire protection class B – s1, d0 according to the European standard EN 13501.1.

Sustainability and Quality Combined

A special feature of the SILENTIUM acoustic element is its sustainable manufacturing. The PET plastic used mainly comes from recycled materials, making the product environmentally friendly. Furthermore, the material has undergone a colorfastness test according to ISO 105 B02 and achieves a rating of 6-7, indicating high resistance of the color to light and aging.
