The LED recessed light DILED 68 impresses with a modern, round design and a compact size of Ø 8.5 cm as well as an installation depth of only 3.2 cm. Made from robust die-cast aluminum and plastic, it offers an elegant anthracite appearance that harmoniously fits into various room concepts. With a protection class of IP20, this luminaire is specially designed for indoor use and guarantees safe and durable operation.

Efficient and Dimmable Light Output

The DILED 68 features a fixed, integrated LED module with a power consumption of 6 watts and produces warm white light at 3000 Kelvin. With a luminous flux of 380 lumens, it roughly corresponds to a conventional 60-watt incandescent bulb while consuming only 6 kWh per 1000 hours. The light output is continuously dimmable when using the appropriate accessories and remains consistently warm white, creating a pleasant atmosphere.

Perfect Light Distribution and Color Rendering

The LED recessed light offers a defined, fixed beam angle of 36° and an adjustable swivel function of a total of 50° (25° each side), allowing precise light alignment. Thanks to the patented plastic lens and reflector, glare-free illumination is achieved that is hardly distinguishable from halogen lamps. Particularly noteworthy is the very high color rendering index of CRI 95Ra, which makes colors appear especially natural and vivid.

Durability and Easy Installation

With an average lifespan of 50,000 hours and a high switching endurance of up to 100,000 switching cycles, the DILED 68 is extremely durable and reliable. Passive heat dissipation through the aluminum housing ensures that the surface temperature remains low and the luminaire operates efficiently. Installation is carried out as a recessed light using a clamp connection with spring clips included in the scope of delivery, ensuring a quick and uncomplicated installation.

Technical Details and Accessories

The operating voltage of the DILED 68 is 230 V AC with a mains frequency of 50/60 Hz and a power factor of 0.9, ensuring efficient power consumption. The flicker factor is below 0.1%, guaranteeing flicker-free light. The drilling size for recessed mounting is between 6.8 and 7.5 cm. Included in the delivery are the LED module, the matching LED driver, and spring clips. A dimmer is not included but can be purchased separately. Additionally, other luminaires and light sources from the DILEK series are available to implement a uniform lighting concept.
