Modern LED Recessed Downlight DILED 68

The LED recessed downlight DILED 68 from SIGOR impresses with its minimalist design and high-quality workmanship. With a diameter of 8.5 cm and an installation depth of 6 cm, the round fixture integrates discreetly into any ceiling. The housing is made of robust aluminum die-cast combined with plastic, ensuring a durable and stable construction. The luminaire is finished in a steel color and offers a modern look that is hardly distinguishable from classic halogen lamps.

Efficient and Warm Light Output

The DILED 68 provides a pleasant and cozy light with its warm white color temperature of 3000 Kelvin. With a luminous intensity of 1600 candelas and a defined light beam angle of 36°, the room is illuminated precisely and glare-free. The patented plastic lens and reflector ensure optimal light distribution without disturbing glare. Thanks to a color rendering index of 95Ra, the light appears very natural and color-true, making the luminaire ideal for all rooms where high light quality is important.

Flexible Orientation and Stepless Dimming Function

The downlight is tiltable, with the spotlight insert adjustable by 25° to each side, allowing the light beam to be directed exactly where it is needed. In addition, the luminaire is smoothly dimmable and supports both leading-edge and trailing-edge dimmers. The light color remains consistently warm white, even when dimmed down. A dimmer is not included but is recommended for brightness control to make optimal use of the luminaire.

Energy Efficient and Long-Lasting

With a power consumption of only 10 watts, the DILED 68 delivers brightness equivalent to a 90-watt incandescent bulb while using very little energy. The luminaire has an average lifespan of 50,000 hours and is rated for up to 100,000 switching cycles. Passive heat dissipation via the aluminum housing ensures a low surface temperature, which further enhances safety and longevity. An integrated LED module with driver allows direct connection to the 230V mains without additional effort.

Easy Installation and Practical Features

Installation is done as a recessed luminaire with a drill hole diameter of 6.8 to 7.5 cm and comes with practical spring clips for quick and secure mounting. The clamp connection ensures easy mains connection. Protection class 2 and IP20 rating guarantee safe operation under normal conditions. Accessories include the driver, various colors, and a Dim-2-Warm function that makes the light appear warmer when dimmed. Additionally, the DILEK series offers other matching luminaires and light sources.
