With a diameter of 8.3 cm and an installation depth of only 6.8 cm, the luminaire blends unobtrusively into any ceiling. The round, matte black trim with a dome-shaped inner side ensures an attractive design and even light distribution. Thanks to the clip springs included in the scope of delivery, installation is quick and easy. The downlight is equipped with a plug & play system connector that simplifies the connection.

Efficient Lighting with Neutral White Light

The WANETA downlight delivers a bright and pleasant light output of 840 lumens with a color temperature of 4000 Kelvin, which appears neutral white. This light color is ideal for a variety of applications as it is neither too warm nor too cold. The color rendering index of 80-89 Ra ensures natural color reproduction and a pleasant atmosphere. Despite its brightness, the luminaire consumes only 10 kWh per 1000 operating hours, making it energy-saving and environmentally friendly.

Robust and Protection Tested with IP54

The WANETA luminaire is manufactured according to protection class 3 and has an IP54 rating, making it resistant to dust and splashing water. This provides excellent protection against external influences and ensures a long service life. The ambient temperature in which the downlight operates reliably ranges from -20 to +25 degrees Celsius. Thanks to the recessed LED module, good glare control is achieved, so the light is comfortably directed straight down without causing glare.

Dimming Function and Flexible Installation Options

The WANETA downlight is dimmable, with the dimming method depending on the chosen external control gear. A suitable driver is not included in the delivery and can be purchased separately. The required constant current is 500 mA. With a maximum material thickness of 3 cm, the luminaire can be easily integrated into various types of ceilings. The flexible design makes the product versatile, for example, in kitchens, bathrooms, garages, or basements.

Versatile Applications and Accessories

The LED recessed downlight WANETA is suitable for various lighting purposes such as accent lighting, object lighting, or as classic ceiling and recessed spotlight lighting. It is available in matte black and white and offers, besides neutral white light, a version with warm white light color. For optimal use, optional connection cables and drivers are available and can be ordered separately. With a weight of only 238 grams, the luminaire is also particularly light and practical.
